I really wish there was more to this story or it wasn't quite as blunt as the headline reads, but it is. A lady in Alabama simply dragged her child on a leash through the Verizon store. Melissa Catherine Smith-Means just pulled her across the floor and was then arrested by the police. She was charged with felony cruelty to children.

Having your child on a leash is bad enough, but then to drag them in front of the entire store. The only thing that I am sure of, besides the fact this lady should have her child taken away, is that she supports Sarah Palin.
