Most of the time I believe that PETA is simply an insane organization, but now I am rethinking that whole concept. Joanna Krupa, who is famous for posing in Playboy and appearing on Dancing with the Stars, recently posed in a new ad campaign for the PETA organization. The picture below has really stirred up controversy for the organization:

Well, The Catholic League was not very happy with this picture and has now lashed out against Krupa and PETA for the photo. Apparently Priests molesting children can be overlooked, however an attractive blonde holding a religious symbol is intolerable. With the message of "Be an Angel for Animals", I believe this advertisement is very effective in getting the point across. I don't care how the Catholic church feels about this picture and whether or not it might be anti-semitic. I want to go down to the local shelter right now and adopt a kitten or five.
